How should I choose my size?
Choose from the sizes listed above and review any sizing information in the product details. If you are unsure which size to select, contact us before ordering; we cannot exchange made-to-order items for a wrong size.
When will my Bugle Chaser order arrive?
Each item is made to order. Production and dispatch usually take 2–7 business days. Embroidered items, busy periods and orders of 12 or more items may take longer. After dispatch, standard transit is approximately 2–5 business days within the US or 10–30 business days internationally. These are estimates, not guarantees; customs and carrier delays can affect delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and items may ship separately.
Can I return or exchange a Bugle Chaser product if I choose the wrong size or color?
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a wrong size or color. Please check your selection before ordering. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are covered by our replacement or refund policy.
What if my Bugle Chaser item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect?
Email buglechaserllc@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, including the label if relevant. A damaged, defective or incorrect item qualifies for a free replacement or refund; you do not need to return the item.
